My hourly fees are $115 for a 60-minute session and $170 for a 1½-hour session. I offer a reduced student rate with proof of current enrollment.
My hourly fee is due at the beginning of each session.
I accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. I use a cell phone PayPal card reader to process credit card payments.
I am not on any insurance panels at this time, however, I can provide a receipt for you to file with your insurance company at your request.
Please note it is your responsibility to check with your insurance carrier to determine whether charges will be covered, as not all insurance policies cover services from out-of-network providers, and not all therapeutic issues are covered. In addition, filing insurance requires me to give you a psychological diagnosis from the Diagnostic Manual, and I may be asked to release some confidential information.
I can provide receipts to file for Medical Savings Accounts on a scheduled basis at your request.
I do not accept Medicaid at this time.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for re-scheduling or canceling an appointment.
The full fee will be charged for sessions missed without the required notification. Most insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions.
